We’re going to be going on a journey of understanding the nuances of Sherry, First Fill Ex-Bourbon, and Freshly Emptied Peated Whisky cask finishes. We will be led by Master of Scotch Craig Vaught of Pernod-Ricard through an exploration of these cask finish comparisons following expressions from Scapa Distillery on Orkney and The Glenlivet Nadurra line of Speyside. We’ll top the night off with the creme de la creme of The Glenlivet Distiller's Archive selection: The 21 year-old. Yep, it’s gonna be good.
As always the Society will begin with a Welcome Punch ready for sipping at 7pm. Master of Scotch Craig Vaught takes center stage at 7:30. Once you arrive, please check in with our bartenders to gain access to the tonight's Society ($15) and our Welcome Punch.
